Kitchen Coordinator Needed!

General Summary
The Frappe House Kitchen Coordinator position will create and oversee the preparation of high-quality food items for customers to purchase at The Frappe House. Ensure all food items meet established recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations. Support menu consistency and presentation aligned with The Frappe House brand. Complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. Working with the General Manager & Assistant to ensure the appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment, to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.
